Lemons on Steroids

We were able to pick the first lemon off our tree in the backyard this weekend. I had to buy a lemon from the store to compare it to since this thing is huge. I thought it wasn't ripe because it was so hard but when I cut it open the juice came pouring out of it. Yummy! We have about 100 more lemons that should be ready to be picked sometime in Dec-Jan. Send any good recipes my way to use up all these lemons.
