February Cooking Class

Friday morning I drove a whole five minutes to go to a cooking class at the Borgo Antico Agriturismo. We learned how to make stuffed eggplant and stuffed artichoke. I didn't care for either since I'm not a big veggie eater but the two pastas, chicken, sausage, salad and dessert were wonderful. I still can't get over how much food they serve at restaurants here.

Wouldn't you love to have this nice huge porch with this beautiful view?




I loved the furniture here - too bad it was all made in Florence.










Keep pouring - you can never have enough olive oil!
